TRILOGY was birthed from a deep desire for freedom and happiness. Yes - “wellness” is a trendy word these days, but it is actually a very important concept that no fulfilling life can do without. For so long the idea of health, fitness and self care falls into a very small box- one that’s usually white, usually financially well off, and usually extreme and fits into a screensized frame with the caption #blessed. The appeal of quick results has lead most of us down a path of yo-yo dieting, malnutrition, boredom and subsequent disappointment and self hatred. I don’t know about you, but it wasn’t until my 30’s that I realized I’d never asked myself if I was truly HAPPY about what I was doing in the pursuit of my “best health”. I began to notice that the nature of the wellness industry allows for the infiltration of a number of practices and beliefs that are in fact detrimental to wellness; and sought out to create a fresh perspective than what is traditionally offered. Sustainable wellness is about finding balance and fun while working smarter, not harder. It is my passion to bring a sense of humanity and accessibility into what it means to actually take care of yourself. I believe in real world applications and practical, navigable solutions when it comes to self care - especially with busy lives and TONS of conflicting information out there.
I have spent the better part of three decades gathering the skills, knowledge and experiences needed to shape my approach. As a young girl, I learned about homeopathic healing and it’s nutritional approach from my mother, which led to my first passion of cooking and holistic healthcare. It wasn’t until my late teens that I found out first hand what a struggle it was putting these into practice lacking time and resources. Fitness classes and organic, locally sourced produce were the last on my list when I was simply in the survival mode of just getting by. I spent years balancing industry jobs and pursuing my passions in the hope that I would find my calling.
Ironically I found that the way to wellness is very similar to the way I found my path. What looked like a nonlinear journey actually came together as a first hand, well rounded understanding on how to be of service to my clients. I studied anything and everything I could, working my way from one certification to the next. I’ve had the privilege of learning from some amazing teachers and established institutions.

When I was introduced to a group of wellness coaches in 2015, I realized this was where all my pursuits and studies had been leading me. I combined forces with two other local coaches to open a brick and mortar community wellness studio in downtown Portland, Or in early 2017. We ran bootcamps, classes and various self care workshops and had a ball doing it. When the journey of my partners took them out of state, I took over Trilogy as solo owner and moved the focus to community events that catered to the restaurant and hospitality folx. In the course of doing so, it became very clear both my passion for working with those in the service industry as well as the fact that my beloved 400 square foot studio was too small and too stationary to fully serve the way I wanted too. I said goodbye to the studio and became a wellness nomad, offering classes and workshops all over town.

Finding the fun and joy in your own routine is paramount to how the body processes nutrition as well as experience. Using your own built in intuition and sense of adventure, we will partner up to explore what is right for YOU in the pursuit of your best health. I look forward to working with you!
