I do love sharing more information than the word limit on IG might allow...

The thing is that these bodies we walk around in are fluid, ever changing, hormone and chemical soaked flesh suits, and there is never going to a perfect routine that fits everyday no matter what… so why do we assign this ONE idea of “success”. That’s what we explore here on this journey- on this website, in this blog, in every midnight yoga class and every meal prep workshop. Challenging the stories we carry around, how it affects our day to day, and at every possibility, how we can gain more freedom physically and mentally.
