Nutrition

Our physical and mental health are directly affected by what we consume. I am passionate about making healthy food taste amazing and in utilizing seasonal and local ingredients whenever possible. When we work together one-on-one, we will create a foundation of culinary principles that you will be able to take with you well beyond our working relationship. Some of the past services I’ve provided clients include meal prep tutorial and recipes as well as grocery lists and at times a trip to the store for nutritional label education. Nutrition is not a one size fits all practice, and we will work together to introduce proper supplementation to ensure you’re getting all of your needs met. Movement

The benefits of regular exercise are endless but deciding how best to move our bodies with busy schedules and so many options available, can be daunting to say the least. Moving intentionally can provide freedom in strength, flexibility, stamina, and overall wellness. I draw from a variety of different disciplines including Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga, running, hiking and HIIT training. Regular community events include Midnight Yoga and pop up classes, group hikes and 30 day health challenges, for more information check the events page. Mindfulness

While nutrition and movement are the foundation of physical health, having a mindfulness practice is integral to holistic well-being. My approach is based on the belief that practicing regular mental self care is just as, if not more important that putting hours in at the gym. Having a mindfulness routine looks different for everyone- together we will discuss incorporating meditation, goal setting, morning routines and an appropriate accountability structure for all of it.
